IB-11 · LED
A substantial LED coffer for tall rooms and long illuminated runs.
IB-11 gives large interiors a confident grid and enough depth to carry a generous reflected-light effect.

Designing concealed LED light with IB-11
The profile, source position and reflecting surface must be planned together. That coordination is what turns a hidden linear source into an architectural ceiling effect.
Let the profile geometry lead
The broad profile needs an even ceiling wash that continues through intersections without making the beam edges appear translucent. Light belongs above and behind the visible face.
Treat the strip, channel and diffuser as one system; confirm their setback and aiming with the selected components. The principle is related to architectural light coves, adapted here to the beams of a coffered or waffle ceiling.
Match the effect to the room
It works well in high-ceiling living spaces, hospitality rooms and wide grids where a smaller profile could disappear.
Control the ambient layer separately from recessed spotlights or decorative fixtures so the room can shift from everyday use to a quieter evening scene.
Plan the concealed components
Long runs require coordinated driver capacity, conductor sizing and voltage-drop review. Keep serviceable components accessible and confirm thermal requirements with the lighting manufacturer.
Also establish wiring routes, driver location and access, heat management and dimming compatibility before the beam details are closed and finished.
