Who we are

CofferedCeiling.ca is operated by Everest Mouldings & Specialties, 3226 Wharton Way, Mississauga, ON L4X 2C1. For questions about your information, or to ask for access, correction or deletion, call 416-848-4123 or send a message through the secure enquiry form on the contact page.

Project enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email, optional phone number, city, profile of interest and project details are processed by Cloudflare and sent through Resend to our team so we can reply. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. The website does not keep enquiry messages in its own database or browser storage. Our email systems may keep messages and delivery records; contact us to discuss access or deletion, subject to our legal obligations.

Website analytics and your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you choose Accept, Google Analytics measures how the site is used and Microsoft Clarity records anonymised, text-masked sessions that help us improve pages. If you choose Decline, or ignore the banner, neither tool loads and no analytics cookies are set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not show the banner.

Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use “Cookie settings” in the page footer at any time to change it; withdrawing consent stops both tools and removes their cookies. Enquiry pages and the form work the same whichever you choose.

Analytics providers may process IP addresses, device information, identifiers and cookies, including outside Canada. Cloudflare also measures page performance for the site without setting cookies. We do not use advertising or remarketing tools.

Other services

Cloudflare processes request information to serve and protect the site. Phone and email links open the application you choose. Our related sites, Everest Mouldings, Light Coves and NuCrown Mouldings, have their own privacy information.
